RETURN POLICY

If your item is damaged or missing parts, please refer to the Damaged Items or Missing Parts section below.

If you received the wrong item, please refer to the Received the Wrong Item section.

 

Changed your mind and want to return an item? Here's what you need to know:

To initiate a return, please visit the My Orders section of My Account. We accept returns for most items within 7 days of delivery. The item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  1. It must be in its original, undamaged condition.

  2. If the item(s) were originally delivered disassembled, they should be returned in the same condition.

  3. It must be in its original packaging. Note: If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back, please use a box that is similar in size.

  4. It must not be customized.

 

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  1. Personalized items.

  2. Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the sale page.

 

Return Shipping Fee

 

The applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping costs may vary depending on the return location, item size and weight, and the selected return method. Additionally, any delivery shipping fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded.

Note: If an order is returned to us because you refused delivery, we will charge the appropriate return costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

Before installing the appliance, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Inspect the box for any damage.

  2. Ensure that the proel number match your order confirmation.

  3. Remove the packaging and inspect the appliance.

  4. If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Inform your delivery representative(s) and contact us so that we can arrange for a replacement. Once the appliance has been installed, it cannot be returned.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

To ensure we make your order right, we may require a photo(s) of the damage and/or for the original item to be returned when providing a resolution. If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit. We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date.

 

Missing Parts

we will be sure to send you replacement parts, hardware, and assembly guide, if available, or other resolution if reported within 30 days of delivery. To help make your order right, we may require a photooriginal item to be returned when providing a resolution. If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit. We reserve the right to refuse to service any missing items reported more than 30 days after the delivery date.
